Elliott Choi, Managing Director:

Mr. Choi has over seven years of experience in the investment industry. He is responsible for overseeing various projects listed or domiciled in Hong Kong. Mr. Choi maintains strong relationships with many of Hong Kong's leading investment funds, banks and high net-worth individuals. In addition, Mr. Choi has and is currently advising various companies for corporate structuring and strategic partnerships.

Previously, Mr. Choi has worked in property investment for Jones Lang LaSalle and the Choi Family Office for which he is still an adviser. He graduated with a degree in economics in business management from Occidental College.

Danny Chan

Mr. Chan has spent the past ten years investing, consulting and advising Greater China companies. He has over fourteen years of experience in the finance industry. While attending university as an undergraduate he was featured in Money Magazine for his performance in trading stocks.

Mr. Chan has appeared on Fox Business Network, Yahoo Finance, CBS News, Market Watch, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times and various other media outlets. He is fluent in Mandarin and English and earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University.

Y.K. Chong

Y.K. Chong has over 14 years of corporate banking experience in China and Hong Kong. He specializes in tailoring onshore and offshore banking facilities for local Chinese enterprises (inclusive with its offshore subsidiaries) as well as foreign enterprises with Chinese operations.

In his banking career, Mr. Chong has supervised or managed the underwriting of over 3 billion USD in loans. The loan assets consist of bilateral facilities, syndicated project financing, LBOs and privatization financing. Mr. Chong also has extensive experience overseeing the liquidation of Chinese enterprises. He is an expert in Chinese domestic investment, credit and banking regulations. Mr. Chong has obtained a Master's Degree of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Terrence Butler

Mr. Butler is a serial entrepreneur with over twenty five years of business experience that ranges across many industries. He has successfully raised capital from angel investors, corporate investors and venture capital firms. Two of his startup companies were successfully sold. StemSource Inc. was acquired by Cytori Therapeutics (CYTX) and eTapestry was subsequently purchased by Blackbaud (BLKB).

Previously, he served as a Vice President of the Equity Division at PaineWebber and was a Senior Accountant at KPMG in the Private Business Consulting Group.

Mr. Butler earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. His undergraduate degree in accounting is from Indiana University and he is a non-practicing CPA. His academic background includes being selected as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, plus full-time teaching positions at Harvard University, Indiana University, and the International School of Management.
